摘要
首先,对云计算的基础设施即服务、平台即服务、软件即服务三种服务模式,及其订阅收费、按使用收费两种定价策略进行介绍和比较;然后,基于运营管理视角,从用户采纳云服务的影响因素、提供商的云服务模式选择、云服务定价策略、云服务供应链协调策略4个方面,总结云服务研究脉络及最新进展;在此基础上,结合云服务产业发展趋势、政策情况及其现实需要,分析现有研究存在的不足,并指出未来可能的研究方向。
This paper firstly introduces and compares three service modes(i.e.,infrastructure as a service,platform as a service,software as a service)and two pricing strategies(ie.,subscription,pay-per-use)of cloud computing.Then,from the perspective of operations management,the paper summarizes the current research on cloud services in four aspects:the influencing factors of users'adoption of cloud services,the choice of cloud service models of providers,cloud service pricing strategies,and cloud service supply chain coordination strategies.On this basis,combined with the development trend,related policies,and practical needs of the cloud service industry,the shortcomings of existing research are analyzed,and possible future research directions are pointed out.
