摘要
为全面了解西藏科技项目的总体情况,以西藏自治区近60年的科研项目数据为研究对象,梳理分析了项目数量的变化趋势、所属领域和学科分布、热点主题分布、承担机构情况和承担地区等。研究结果表明,近60年来西藏的科技项目投入大幅增长,投入集中在农业科学、工业技术和医药卫生三大学科,这与本地产业布局密切相关;本土的科研院所、地方机关与高校是科研项目的主要承担机构,而承担地区集中在拉萨市,项目布局表现出区域配置不平衡、企业科研动力不足、对外合作关系薄弱等问题。以期为西藏科技事业发展、优化科研项目布局、培育优势科研领域,补齐发展短板等提供决策支撑。
In order to understand the overall situation of the scientific research projects in Tibet,the data of scientific research projects in Tibet Autonomous Region in the last nearly 60 years is taken as research objects.The annual change trend of research project number,distribution pattern of research field and subject category,hot topic,undertaking institution and regional distribution of research projects in Tibet Autonomous Region in the last nearly 60 years is reviewed and analyzed.The research results show that the investment in research projects in Tibet has increased significantly over the past nearly years,and the investment is concentrated in the three disciplines of agricultural science,industrial technology and medicine and health,which are closely related to the local industrial layout.Local scientific research institutes,local agencies and universities in Tibet are the main institutions responsible for scientific research projects,and the areas where the projects are undertaken are concentrated in Lhasa.The layout of research projects shows problems such as unbalanced regional allocation,insufficient scientific research motivation of enterprises,and weak external cooperative relations.It provides decision-making support for the development of scientific and technological undertakings in Tibet,optimizing the layout of scientific research projects,fostering competitive research fields,and strengthening the weak links in development.
