摘要
通过分析新时代背景下教育如何改革创新,以及教育创新如何实现等问题进行探讨,分析顺应数字时代的多元化人才应如何培养,指出了艺术高校的课程结构创新,教学形式的改革,并提出用obe为理念教学来展现教学效果,制定更具有针对性的教学策略,对学生的能力建设提出更详细的计划与目标。
By analyzing how to reform and innovate education and how to train the diversified talents under the background of the new era,this paper points out the innovation of the curriculum structure and the reform of the teaching form of art colleges and universities.It also suggests to use the concept of obe teaching,develop more targeted teaching strategies and put forward more detailed plans and goals for students’ capacity building.
