摘要
牙槽嵴骨量不足是种植治疗中的常见难题,骨环技术是指在种植体植入时通过种植体将环状骨块固定于骨缺损区,达到骨增量的目的。骨环技术不需要额外的器械固定移植骨块,通过对骨环中心的制备,实现种植体的植入与骨块的固定。文章旨在对目前种植体联合骨环植入的应用研究进展做一综述。
Insufficient bone volume of alveolar ridge remains a major clinical challenge in dental implant surgery.The bone ring technique has emerged as a one-stage and fixation-free approach for ridge augmentation,in which a ringshaped bone graft is stabilized with a simultaneously inserted dental implant.Bone ring technique doesn′t require additional device to stabilize the grafting bone,and the implantation and stabilization are achieved by preparation of bone ring center.This review summarizes the current progress on the clinical application of bone ring technique and simultaneous implant placement for ridge augmentation.
