摘要
为研究不同起伏类型天然气集输管线积液形成的主要因素,应用正交试验设计分析倾角、入口温度、出口压力、气液比、管道直径及流量对平均持液率的影响,分析“Ⅴ”型与“∧”型起伏管线的平均持液率变化规律,并确定影响平均持液率的主控因素,选出最优水平组合。结果表明:两种类型的起伏管线平均持液率变化基本重合。对于“Ⅴ”型起伏管线,持液率的影响程度依次是倾角、出口压力、管道直径、气液比、流量、入口温度;而对于“∧”型起伏管线,对持液率影响最小的是流量。两种不同类型的起伏管线均在A_(4)B_(5)C_(1)D_(5)E_(1)F_(5)时平均持液率最小。
In order to study the main factors for the formation of liquid accumulation in natural gas gathering and transportation pipelines with different undulation types,the orthogonal design of experiment was used to analyze the effect of angle,inlet temperature,outlet pressure,gas liquid ratio,pipe diameter and flow rate on the average liquid holdup,the variation law of the average liquid holdup of"V"and"∧"undulating pipelines was analyzed,the main controlling factors affecting the average liquid holdup were determined,and the optimal level combination was selected.The results showed that the variation of the average liquid holdup of the two types of undulating pipelines was basically the same.For"Ⅴ"type undulating pipeline,the influence degree of liquid holding ratio was as follows:dip angle,outlet pressure,pipeline diameter,gas-liquid ratio,flow rate and inlet temperature.For the"∧"type undulating pipe,the flow rate had the least influence on liquid holdup.The average liquid holdup of the two different types of undulating pipelines was the minimum at A_(4)B_(5)C_(1)D_(5)E_(1)F_(5).
