摘要
为了探明惠安煤矿130601工作面浅表水资源承载力,采用理论分析和模拟的方法,依据模糊综合评价方法原则,构建煤矿水资源承载力评价指标体系。明确了水资源承载力、可持续发展、保水开采三者之间的关系。建立煤矿水资源影响因子隶属函数,根据影响因子的显着性,确定了各个权重之间的判别矩阵、计算出各个影响因子的权重、对判别矩阵进行一致性检验,结果表明需在工作面开采过程中以及采后沉陷稳定前加强地表沉陷、浅表水资源观测,以防局域性破坏。
In order to explore the carrying capacity of superficial water resources in the 130601 face of Huian coal mine,the method of theoretical analysis and simulation was adopted to construct an index system for the evaluation of the carrying capacity of coal mine water resources according to the principle of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The relationship between the carrying capacity of water resources,sustainable development and water retention and exploitation is clarified.According to the significance of the impact factor,the discriminant matrix between the weights was determined,the weight of each influencing factor was calculated,and the consistency test of the discriminant matrix was carried out,and the results showed that it was necessary to strengthen the observation of surface subsidence and shallow water resources during the mining process of the working face and before the post-mining subsidence was stabilized to prevent local damage.
