顺层钻孔预抽巨厚煤层瓦斯影响因素分析及工程实践 被引量:2

摘要 为研究综放开采下顺层钻孔预抽巨厚煤层瓦斯影响规律,以新疆硫磺沟煤矿9-15(08)巨厚煤层工作面为原型,借助FLUENT数值模拟软件建立二维本煤层瓦斯顺层抽采模型,对不同钻孔抽采参数影响下的煤层瓦斯预抽效果开展研究。研究结果表明:不同抽采参数对煤层瓦斯预抽效果均具有显著影响,预抽钻孔的合理抽采参数分别为钻孔直径φ94 mm、钻孔开孔间距2 m、抽采负压15 k Pa。结合模拟研究结果,对试验工作面本煤层瓦斯预抽钻孔抽采参数进行优化调整,得到监测期间进风巷主抽放管路内的瓦斯抽采浓度、流量及纯量平均值分别为15.94%、24.75、3.87 m^(3)/min,瓦斯预抽钻孔布置合理,可为类似巨厚煤层瓦斯预抽系统的选择布置提供一定的技术支撑。 To study the influence law of pre-drainage coal seam gas by borehole under the integrated mining of extra-thick coal seam,the two-dimensional model of gas extraction in this coal seam by following the seam was established by FLUENT numerical simulation software with the prototype of 9-15(08)extra-thick coal seam working face of Xinjiang Liuhuanggou coal mine,and the research on the effect of pre-drainage coal seam gas under the influence of different borehole drainage parameters was carried out.The research results show that different drainage parameters have significant influence on the effect of coal seam gas pre-drainage,and the reasonable drainage parameters of pre-drainage borehole are:borehole diameter φ94 mm,borehole spacing 2 m,extraction negative pressure 15 kPa.Combined with the simulation research results,the gas pre-drainage borehole arrangement parameters of this coal seam in the test working face were optimized and adjusted,and the average values of gas extraction concentration,flow rate and pure volume in the main extraction pipeline of the intake airway during the monitoring period were 15.94%,24.75 m^(3)/min and 3.87 m3/min respectively,which is a reasonable arrangement of gas pre-drainage boreholes and can provide some technical support for the selection and arrangement of gas pre-drainage system in similar extra-thick coal seams.
