摘要
在高瓦斯煤矿施工瓦斯抽采孔时,常会发生瓦斯喷孔现象,易造成钻孔施工区域风流瓦斯超限等安全隐患。为解决孔口有效密封难题,依据定向钻进孔口工况特征,研发了一种新型井下瓦斯抽采钻孔孔口装置。该装置主要由闸阀、四通和密封组件等关键部分构成。通过数值模拟的方法对孔口瓦斯抽采装置的抽采能力以及效率进行研究,瓦斯、煤渣和孔内返水能够有效地在孔口装置中分离、抽出,对孔口装置中受高强度冲击的关键部位提出优化建议。并在寺河矿开展现场试验,采用该孔口装置共计完成12个钻孔均未出现瓦斯超限等问题。该水平定向钻进孔口装置将瓦斯控制在整个抽采系统之中,既保障钻进效率,又满足瓦斯抽采的要求及施工安全。
When constructing gas drainage holes in high-gas coal mines,gas injection holes often occur,which may easily lead to safety hazards such as excessive gas flow in the drilling construction area.In order to solve the problem of effective sealing of the orifice,a new type of borehole device for downhole gas drainage was developed according to the working conditions of the directional drilling orifice.The device is mainly composed of key parts such as gate valve,cross and sealing components.The drainage capacity and efficiency of the orifice gas drainage device are studied by numerical simulation.The gas,coal slag and water returning in the hole can be effectively separated and extracted in the orifice device,and the high-strength impact in the orifice device can be effectively avoided.optimization suggestions for key parts.A field test was carried out in Sihe mine,and a total of 12 boreholes were completed with this orifice device without gas exceeding the limit.The horizontal directional drilling orifice device controls gas in the entire drainage system,ensures drilling efficiency,and meets the requirements of gas drainage and construction safety.
