摘要
城乡公共文化空间是现代公共文化服务体系的重要组成部分,遍布城乡各处的各类型公共文化空间,是推动县域城乡一体化建设的重要抓手。文章通过分析鹤庆县城乡公共文化空间建设的整体发展情况,结合城区旦墨书院与银河乡村文化空间的实践案例,剖析了公共文化空间的委托代理建设运营机制与新乡贤参与建设治理机制。文章指出,县域视角下城乡公共文化空间建设重在通过“盘活存量资源,优化增量供给”的方式进行“空间整合”,具体建设路径为优化空间布局、完善空间管理运营模式、丰富空间功能内容、提升空间服务效能以及构建互联互动的新型公共文化空间。
Urban and rural public cultural space is an important part of the modern public cultural service system,traditional and modern public cultural spaces are scattered all over urban and rural areas,which are an important step of promoting the construction of integrated urban and rural public cultural services in the county.The article analyses the overall development of urban and rural public cultural space construction in Heqing County,combining the practice cases of Danmo Academy in the urban area and Yinhe Rural Cultural Space,and analyses the commissioning agent construction and operation mechanism and the participation of new township sages in the construction and governance mechanism of public cultural space.The article points out that the construction of urban and rural public cultural spaces from the perspective of the county focuses on"spatial integration"by"revitalizing stock resources and optimizing incremental supply",and the specific construction paths are optimizing the spatial layout,perfecting the spatial management and operation modes,enriching spatial functions and contents,improving spatial service efficiency,and constructing a new cultural space.The specific construction path is to optimize the space layout,improve the space management and operation mode,enrich the space function,enhance the space service efficiency,and build a new type of interconnected and interactive public cultural space.
