基于ARINC429总线的飞行模拟器DME音频激励方法研究

摘要 【目的】使用诸多机载真件的高等级飞行模拟器存在无法通过传统模拟音频方案产生DME导航音频的问题,提出一种适用于ARINC429设备的数字音频解决方案。【方法】通过采集机载DME—4 000设备与RIU之间的数据,解析DME输出到RIU的ARINC429格式数据的传输时序及导航音频的L044数据位组字规则。【结果】以浦东导航台为例,将对应的莫尔斯电码按本研究提出的方法转换成0-1字符串,并以20位为一组分割打包成L044数据字,再按真机时序对其进行传输,最终产生的DME导航音频与真机真实声音要保持一致。【结论】试验证明,本研究提出的基于ARINC429总线法能有效解决某民用客机飞行模拟器在采用RIU、ACP真机设备和真机链路时DME数字音频的激励问题,从而达到预期的仿真效果。 [Purposes] The problem that the high-level flight simulator using many airborne real parts cannot generate DME navigation audio through the traditional analog audio scheme,this paper proposes a digital audio solution suitable for ARINC429 equipment.[Methods] By collecting the data between the airborne DME-4 000 equipment and the RIU,the transmission timing of ARINC429 format data output from DME to the RIU and the L044 data bit grouping rules for navigation audio are analyzed.[Findings]Taking Pudong Navigation Station as an example,this study transformed the corresponding Morse code into 0-1 string in the way mentioned in this article,and then divided and packed it into L044 data words in 20 bits,and then transmitted it according to the real time sequence.The final DME navigation audio is consistent with the real voice of the real machine.[Conclusions] The test shows that the method based on ARINC429 bus mentioned in this study can effectively solves the problem of DME digital audio excitation of a flight simulator using real RIU,ACP equipment and real aircraft link,and achieves the expected simulation effect.
