载人潜水器载体框架结构计算与试验研究

摘要 载体框架作为载人潜水器的重要部件,除了满足总布置的要求,还要具有足够的强度、刚度和稳定性。以某型载人潜水器载体框架为例,依据《潜水系统和潜水器入级与建造规范》,采用总体桁架梁单元模型和局部精细化模型联合分析的方法,对载体框架结构强度、稳定性和刚度进行分析,并通过载体框架极限承载试验的验证。结果表明:载体框架经受了极限承载试验的考核,框架设计合理;试验结果与计算结果相吻合,说明采用总体桁架梁单元模型和局部精细化模型联合分析的方法,可为潜水器载体框架的结构计算和优化设计提供参考。 As an important part of manned submersible,the framework not only meets the requirements of general layout,but also has enough strength,stiffness and stability.Taking the framework of a certain manned submersible as an example,according to the Code for The Classification and Construction of Submersible Systems and Submersible Vehicles,the strength,stability and stiffness of the framework were analyzed by the combined analysis method of the overall beam element model and the local fine model,and the ultimate bearing capacity test of the framework was verified.The results show that the framework had withstood the ultimate load test and the design of the framework is reasonable.The experimental results are in good agreement with the calculated results,indicating that the combined analysis method of the overall beam element model and the local fine model can provide a reference for the structural calculation and optimization design of the submersible framework.
