“哈军工”服务育人办学理念传承与实践

摘要 回顾凝炼“哈军工”办学13年服务育人工作好的经验做法,分析当前军队院校服务育人工作方面存在的一些问题,从历史视阈探讨新时代军事院校如何更好地传承“哈军工”服务育人办学理念,以史为鉴,回答好长期和平环境下如何培养军事人才这个重大课题。 This article reviews the 13-year experience and practices of education in service in Harbin Military Academy of Engineering,and analyzes some problems in the current service and education work of military academies.Learning from history,this article explores how military academies in the new era can better inherit the education in service ideology in Harbin Military Academy of Engineering,and answers the major issue of how to cultivate military talents in a long-term peaceful environment.
