毗邻既有管道大口径顶管施工技术研究

摘要 李家岩水库作为国家172项重大水利工程之一以及成都市的第二水源,距成都市的直线距离约为45 km。在其输水管道安装过程中多处采用顶管工艺,穿越高铁桥墩、高速公路、市政供水管道等障碍物,具有较大的施工难度。以李家岩水库工程输水管道的顶管施工为例展开论述,通过对设计方案进行优化以及以往具有的顶管施工经验,总结出安全可靠、保证质量的施工方法,所取得的经验对同类工程具有参考意义。 Lijiayan Reservoir,as one of the 172 major water conservancy projects in the country and the second water source in Chengdu,is about 45km away from Chengdu.During the installation of water transmission pipeline,the pipe jacking process is adopted in many places to cross obstacles such as high-speed railway piers,expressways,municipal water supply pipelines,etc.,which has great construction difficulties.Taking the pipe jacking construction of the water pipeline of Lijiayan Reservoir Project as an example,this paper discusses the construction method through the optimization of the design scheme and the previous pipe jacking construction experience,and summarizes a safe,reliable and quality assurance construction method,which can provide reference for similar projects.
