摘要
热浸镀铝锌钢板以优异的耐腐蚀性、耐热性、抗高温氧化性等优点而广泛应用于建筑、家电等行业。但是厚规格钢板在热浸镀铝锌时,存在表面质量及加工性能控制较为困难的问题。为研究热浸镀工艺、镀后冷却工艺对上述问题的影响,在不同热浸镀温度、热浸镀时间、入锌锅温度、镀后冷却速率条件下,利用CAG-III热浸镀锌模拟试验机对低碳钢板开展了试验,并通过扫描电镜及能谱仪对试样的表面形貌及组织进行了分析。试验结果表明,不同的工艺下,热浸镀铝锌镀层均由浅灰色的富Al相、亮白色的富Zn相、黑色的富Si相和深灰色的Fe-Al-Zn-Si四元合金相组成;热浸镀温度为600℃、热浸镀时间为3 s、入锌锅温度为610℃、镀后冷却速率为25℃/s时,镀层表面最为平整、锌花较小且合金层厚度较薄,该条件为最合适的工艺参数。研究结果可为企业在生产热浸镀铝锌钢板时的工艺控制提供一定参考。
Hot-dip aluminized zinc steel plate is widely used in construction,household appliances and other industries because of its excellent corrosion resistance,heat resistance and high temperature oxidation resistance.However,it is difficult to control the surface quality and processability of thick steel plate during hot-dip galvanizing.In order to study the influence of hot-dip galvanizing process and cooling process after hot-dipping on the above problems,using CAG-III hot-dip galvanizing simulator,experiments were carried out on low-carbon steel plates with different dipping temperature,dipping time,strip-entry temperature and cooling rate after hot-dipping,and the surface morphology and microstructure of the samples were analyzed by scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive spectrometer.The experimental results show that under different processes,hot-dip aluminized zinc coating is composed of light gray Al-rich phase,bright white Zn-rich phase,black Si-rich phase and dark gray Fe-Al-Zn-Si quaternary alloy phase.When the dipping temperature is 600℃,dipping time is 3 s,strip-entry temperature is 610℃,and cooling rate after hot-dipping is 25℃/s,the coating surface is the smoothest,the zinc spangle is small,and the alloy layer is thin.These parameters are the most suitable hot-dip parameters.The research results can provide some reference for the process control of hot-dip aluminized zinc steel plate production in enterprises.
