摘要
知识产权在推动乡村振兴战略中起着重要的作用,农村地区对知识产权的保护相对薄弱。知识产权保护是全面实施乡村振兴战略的重要环节,完善农村知识产权保护,需要建立农村知识产权保护制度,完善农村知识产权保护体系,加强农村知识产权转化和利用,在农村创建知识产权示范园,加强知识产权法律的宣传,提升农村群众知识产权的保护意识等措施。
Intellectual property plays a very important role in promoting the rural revitalization strategy and the protection of intellectual property(PIP)is an important link in the overall implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,but PIP is relatively weak in rural areas.To improve PIP in rural areas,we need to establish and improve the system for rural intellectual property protection,strengthen the transformation and utilization of rural intellectual property,create intellectual property demonstration parks in rural areas,strengthen the publicity of intellectual property laws,and enhance the awareness on PIP of rural people.
