近红外光谱技术和SIMCA的第三代杂交水稻不育系快速鉴别 被引量:1

摘要 以第三代杂交水稻雄性不育系和繁殖系种子为研究对象,采用近红外光谱技术结合SIMCA判别分析法对两类水稻种子进行全波段(900~1700 nm)和敏感波段(1350~1450 nm)的鉴别。在全波段和敏感波段均实现了对不育系种子100%的区分。结果表明,应用近红外光谱技术结合SIMCA建模在900~1700 nm和1350~1450 nm范围均可实现对第三代杂交水稻不育系的快速鉴别。 Taking the seeds of the third generation hybrid rice male sterile line and breeding line as the research object.NIR spectroscopy combined with SIMCA discriminant analysis was used to identify the two types of rice seeds in the full wave band(900-1700 nm)and the sensitive wave band(1350-1450 nm).100% differentiation of sterile line seeds was achieved in the full band(900-1700 nm)and sensitive band(1350-1450 nm).The results showed that NIR spectroscopy combined with SIMCA classification could be used to rapidly identify the third generation hybrid rice sterile lines in the range of 900-1700 nm and 1350-1450 nm.
