学科建设与专业建设:松散耦合关系及其机制构建

摘要 学科建设与专业建设是高校发展的基石,松散耦合理论视角下的学科建设与专业建设关系表现为二者既保持相对独立性与自主性,又具有密切联系。学科建设与专业建设的松散耦合有利于二者共同应对高校内外部发展条件的变化,但在实践中却存在着松散耦合特性表现相对不强、学科建设与专业建设认识偏差、管理实践疏离与割裂等现实困境。这些问题可以通过纠偏与价值引导、合理划分学校与院系管理权限、完善与增加制度供给、学科与专业建设的松散耦合与紧密耦合结合等举措解决,从而实现学科建设与专业建设的良性互动、整体提升以及组织目标的达成。 Discipline construction and specialty construction are the cornerstone of the development of colleges and universities.From the perspective of loose coupling theory,the relationship of discipline construction and specialty construction shows that they are relatively independent and autonomous,and is also closely associated with each other.The loose coupling of discipline construction and special-ty construction is conducive to jointly coping with the changes of internal and external development conditions of colleges and universities.However,in practice,there are some practical difficulties,such as the relatively weak performance of loose coupling characteristics,the cognitive deviation between discipline construction and professional construction,and the alienation and separation of management practice.Facing the problems,we can take measures such as correcting errors and value guidance,rea-sonably dividing the management authority of schools and departments,improving and increasing the system supply,loose coupling and tight coupling of discipline and specialty construction,etc.,to achieve the benign interaction between discipline construction and specialty construction,overall im-provement and the achievement of organizational goals.
