摘要
2022年1月1日,《区域全面经济伙伴关系协定》(RCEP)生效实施,全球最大自由贸易区正式启航。RCEP实施一年多以来,政策红利不断释放,河北与RCEP其他成员国经贸往来更加活跃。文章系统分析了RCEP生效对河北省相关产业发展带来的重大机遇,以及RCEP协定下河北省相关产业发展面临的问题和挑战,并提出相关破解对策。
On January 1,2022,the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership(RCEP)came into effect,and the global largest free trade zone officially set sail.Since the implementation of RCEP for over a year,policy div⁃idends have been continuously released,and economic and trade exchanges between Hebei and other RCEP mem⁃ber countries have become more active.This paper systematically analyzes significant opportunities brought by the implementation of RCEP for the development of related industries in Hebei Province,as well as problems and chal⁃lenges faced by the development of related industries in Hebei Province under the RCEP agreement,and puts for⁃ward relevant solution proposals.
