摘要
对经典涂油工艺进行优化提升,通过在涂油池增加三辊纠偏夹送主驱动,其后设置张力控制辊及二次定型对辊,同时改原来的浸涂工艺为喷涂工艺,形成新型恒张力二次涂油工艺。该工艺不仅能够实现改性沥青有胎防水卷材胎基上下层厚度可控,并能提高卷材内部密实度,还可以减少胎基在涂油、冷却时的缩胎量,提高产线速度,增大产能。
The classical coating process is optimized and improved by adding a main squeezing and driving unit of three rollers with alignment in the coating tank,followed by tension control rollers and secondary shaping rollers.Meanwhile,the original immersion coating process has been changed to a spraying process,forming a new constant tension secondary coating process.This process can not only achieve controllable thickness of the upper and lower layers of the modified bitumen waterproofing membrane carrier,but also improve the internal density of the membrane.It can also reduce the shrinkage of the carrier during coating and cooling,improve production line speed,and increase production capacity.
