非对称并行结构螺杆泵采油系统参数配置方法研究 被引量:4

摘要 非对称并行结构螺杆泵采油系统,可以从根本解决推力球轴承限径、承载能力过小以及寿命短的问题。但是,目前非对称反旋向并行结构螺杆泵采油系统只有概念模型结构,尚未有人对双泵的参数配置方法进行研究。为此,提出了一种新型井下非对称反旋向并行结构电机驱动螺杆泵采油系统。首先,基于“等寿命”理念开展了双螺杆泵的参数配置方法研究,给出了双泵匹配需要满足的约束条件,建立了易失效部件的受力分析模型,根据力平衡原理给出了部件之间的受力关系,分析了单螺杆泵转子所受轴向力和工作扭矩;然后,依据等寿命准则(推力球轴承与万向联轴器的疲劳使用寿命趋于相等),确定了推力球轴承所受轴向压力与联轴器所受拉力之间的比值关系,给出了上下两螺杆泵之间所受轴向力之比;最后,确定了定子橡胶寿命为一年及泵端压差12 MPa条件下,双泵参数匹配方案,对所选方案进行了寿命和排量对比分析,分析了不同泵端压差对下螺旋杆泵极限排量的影响。研究结果表明:针对特定推力球轴承和十字联轴节,下螺杆泵与上螺杆泵之间所受轴向力之比为1.41∶1;螺杆泵定子橡胶寿命一定,双泵的排量相比于单螺杆泵有了很大的提升,平均增长率在50%左右。 The asymmetric parallel screw pump oil production system can fundamentally solve the problems of limited diameter,too small bearing capacity and short service life of thrust ball bearings.However,there was only a conceptual model structure for the asymmetric counter-rotating parallel structure screw pump production system,and no one studied the parameter configuration method of the dual pump.Therefore,a new downhole asymmetric reverse rotation parallel structure motor-driven screw pump production system was proposed.Firstly,based on the concept of"equal life",the research on the parameter configuration method of twin-screw pump was carried out,the constraint conditions to be met for the matching of twin-screw pump were given,the stress analysis model of the parts prone to failure was established,the stress relationship between the parts was given according to the principle of force balance,the axial force and working torque of the single screw pump rotor were analyzed.Then,according to the principle of equal life(the fatigue service life of thrust ball bearing and universal coupling tends to be equal),the ratio between the axial pressure on the thrust ball bearing and the tension on the coupling was determined,and the ratio of the axial force between the upper and lower screw pumps was given.Finally,the parameter matching scheme of two pumps was determined under the condition that the stator rubber life was one year and the pump end pressure difference was 12 MPa,and the life and displacement of the selected scheme were compared and analyzed,and the influence of different pump end pressure difference on the limit displacement of the lower screw rod pump was studied.The research results show that the axial force ratio between the lower screw pump and the upper screw pump is 1.41∶1 for the specific thrust ball bearing and cross coupling.The stator rubber of the screw pump has a certain service life,and the displacement of the double pump is greatly improved compared with that of the single screw pump,with an aver
