摘要
设计了一种S波段9 MeV驻波电子直线加速管。工作频率为2998 MHz,管长为780 mm。其使用3.1 MW多注速调管作为微波功率源,最大工作比可达到2‰,同时通过调节加速管输入功率及电子枪高压,可实现打靶电子束能量连续可调,可应用于无损检测领域,为工业探伤提供合适的能量、提高探伤效率。本文以工业领域常用的9 MeV/6 MeV能挡为例进行仿真设计及束流测试。
A 9 MeV S-band standing-wave linear accelerating tube is designed.The working frequency of the accelerating tube is 2998 MHz,and the total length is 780 mm.A 3.1 MW multi-beam klystron is used as the microwave power source,with a maximum working ratio of 2‰.The energy of target electron beam is continuously adjustable through the input power of the accelerator tube and the injecting voltage of the electron gun.The accelerating tube can be used in nondestructive testing,providing appropriate energy for industrial testing and improving testing efficiency.Simulation design and beam test are carried out in commonly used 9 MeV/6 MeV modes.
