摘要
近年来,东北地区经济发展速度放缓,营商环境质量和科技创新水平成为制约其发展的主要因素。选取2006~2020年东北三省相关数据为研究对象,运用CRITIC法和熵值法赋值,分析了东北地区营商环境与科技创新协同发展状况。结果表明,东北地区营商环境和科技创新的耦合协调度逐年上升,但因区位条件、资源禀赋条件等不尽相同,省际发展差异显著。因此,提升城市软环境,吸引留住人才,发挥增长极带动作用,是促进东北经济发展、实现东北振兴的重要保障。
In recent years,the speed of economic development in northeast China has slowed down,and the quality of business environment and the level of technological innovation have become the main factors restricting its development.Selecting the relevant data of the three provinces in northeast China from 2006 to 2020 as the research object,using the CRITIC method and the entropy method to assign values,this paper analyzes the coordinated development of business environment and technological innovation in northeast China.The results show that the coupling coordination degree of business environment and technological innovation in northeast China has increased year by year,but there are significant differences in inter-provincial development due to differences in location conditions and resource endowment conditions.Therefore,improving the soft environment of the city,attracting and retaining talents,and playing the leading role of growth poles are important guarantees for promoting the economic development and realizing the revitalization of northeast China.
