清远低温雨雪冰冻过程分析及预报

摘要 利用地面、探空、双偏振雷达、卫星云团等常规气象观测资料,以及NCEP/NCAR再分析资料,对清远地区2022年2月18至22日的低温雨雪冰冻过程的天气背景、成因、降水和特殊天气现象等进行分析,结果表明:该次连续降水和冰雪过程的成因具有前期基础气温低、环流形势稳定、冷暖空气长时间在清远上空交绥、中层水汽充足、垂直速度小、温度场与水汽配合、相变降温作用明显等特点,并针对雨夹雪、雨凇、道路结冰等特殊天气现象的预报技术提出“经验指标+模式预报”的预报思路。 Using the conventional meteorological surface and radiosonde observations,a dual-polariza-tion radar data and satellite cloud imagery as well as the NCEP/NCAR reanalysis,this paper analyzed the synoptic background,causation,rainfall and special weather phenomena for a process of chilly temperature,sleet and freezing that took place from 18 to 22 February,2022.The results are shown as follows.The process of interest was a mix of sustained rain,snow and freezing that was characterized by low preceding base temperature,stable circulation patterns,extended meeting between cold and warm air over Qingyuan,sufficient mid-level water vapor,small vertical velocity,allocated temperature fields and water vapor,and significant temperature falling due to physical phase shifts.Besides,this paper proposed an idea of incorpo-rating empirical indexes with model prediction for the technology forecasting such special weather phenomena as sleet,rime and icy roads.
