摘要
目的 观察喹硫平联合帕罗西汀治疗双向情感障碍(BD)的临床效果及安全性。方法 选取2020年1月—2021年10月南安市康复院收治的BD患者80例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组单纯予盐酸帕罗西汀片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用富马酸喹硫平缓释片治疗,比较2组患者治疗前与治疗1、3、6周后患者贝克—拉范森躁狂量表(BRMS)评分,治疗前与治疗6周后不良反应量表(TESS)、连线测试(TMT)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、健康调查量表36(SF-36)评分变化,以及患者满意度。结果 治疗1、3、6周后,2组BRMS评分均较治疗前降低,且治疗3周和6周后观察组低于同期对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。治疗6周后,2组TMT-A与TMT-B评分、HAMD评分均较治疗前降低,SF-36评分提高,且观察组评分降低或提高程度大于对照组(P均<0.01),观察组TESS评分低于对照组(t=8.051,P<0.001);观察组患者总满意度为97.50%,高于对照组的82.50%(χ^(2)=5.000,P=0.025)。结论 喹硫平联合帕罗西汀治疗BD的临床效果肯定,可有效改善患者抑郁与狂躁情绪并提高患者认知功能、生活质量及满意度,且不良反应发生风险较低,患者满意度高。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of quetiapine combined with paroxetine in the treatment of bipolar disorder(BD).Methods A total of 80 BD patients admitted to Nan′an Rehabilitation Hospital from January 2020 to October 2021 were selected.All patients were divided into observation group and control group using random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with paroxetine hydrochloride tablets alone,while the observation group was treated with quetiapine fumarate extended release tablets in addition to the control group.The changes in Bech Rafaelsen Mania Rating Scale(BRMS)scores between two groups of patients before treatment,1 week,3 weeks,and 6 weeks after treatment were compared.The changes in Treatment Emergency Symptom Scale(TESS),Trail Making Test(TMT),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),and Short Form Health Questionnaire 36(SF-36)scores before and after 6 weeks of treatment,and the patients′satisfaction of two groups of patients were compared.Results After 1,3,and 6 weeks of treatment,the BRMS scores of both groups decreased compared to before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group at the same time after 3 and 6 weeks of treatment(P<0.05 or P<0.01).After 6 weeks of treatment,the TMT-A,TMT-B,and HAMD scores of both groups decreased compared to before treatment,while the SF-36 score increased.The degree of decrease or improvement in the observation group was greater than that of the control group(P<0.01).The TESS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(t=8.051,P<0.001).After 6 weeks of treatment,the total patients′satisfaction rate in the observation group was 97.50%,which was higher than 82.50%in the control group(χ^(2)=5.000,P=0.025).Conclusion The clinical effect of quetiapine combined with paroxetine in the treatment of BD is affirmative.It can effectively improve patients′depression and manic emotions,and improve their cognitive function,quality of life and satisfaction.And t
