基于高分辨率Lamb波的铝合金板裂纹定量监测方法

摘要 铝合金板状结构广泛应用于铁路运输、水路运输、航天航空等领域,在高强度载荷和复杂环境下工作容易产生裂纹,导致力学性能下降,最终威胁载运设备的安全运行,因此研究铝合金板裂纹定量监测方法对监测结构状态具有重要意义.本文通过波形设计和参数优化设计了符合要求的高分辨率Lamb波激励信号,建立有限元仿真模型获取仿真信号,分析仿真信号提取多种损伤特征值建立裂纹诊断模型.通过比对不同信号的裂纹诊断结果,证明了使用高分辨率Lamb波进行裂纹诊断的优越性,确定了诊断效果最好的高分辨Lamb波信号,并开展验证试验,运用高分辨率Lamb波实现了对铝合金板裂纹的定量监测,提高了裂纹监测的精度. The aluminum alloy plate structure is widely used in railway transportation,waterway transportation,aerospace and other fields.It is prone to cracks under high strength load and in complex environments,which can lead to the decrease of mechanical performance,and eventually threatens the safe operation of transport equipment.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the quantitative crack method for monitoring the state of structure aluminum alloy plates.In this paper,a high resolution Lamb wave excitation signal meeting the requirements was designed through waveform design and parameter optimization.A finite element simulation model was established to obtain the simulation signal,and multiple damage characteristic values were extracted from the simulation signal to establish a crack diagnosis model.By comparing the crack diagnosis results of different signals,the advantage of using high resolution Lamb wave for crack diagnosis was proved,and the high resolution Lamb wave signal with the best diagnostic effect was determined.A validation test was carried out,and the high resolution Lamb wave was used to realize the quantitative crack monitoring of aluminum alloy plates,and improve the precision of crack monitoring.
