应用变频控制装置对抽油机井平衡度测试分析

摘要 变频控制装置由于具有调参方便、软启停等特点,在抽油机井的运行管理中得到了广泛的应用,据统计,大庆油田抽油机井变频控制装置的使用比例已达到75%以上。目前,对于变频控制抽油机井平衡度的测试方法还存在差异,生产单位和节能监测单位分别在变频器的输出端和输入端测量油井的上、下冲程最大电流,计算油井平衡度,数值差异较大,影响了对油井平衡状况的判断。使用多种仪器在水力模拟标准井对变频器的输入、输出端进行了对比试验,以能耗最低为原则,在30 Hz频率下对抽油机井的过、平、欠平衡工况进行了测试,得到结论认为:变频控制抽油机井平衡度测试应在变频器输入端测量,采用具有功率曲线测量功能的仪器来判断油井平衡状况更为直观、准确,可对油井的节能管理起到促进作用。 The frequency control device has been widely used in the operation and management of pumping wells because of its convenient parameter adjustment and soft start-stop.According to statistics,more than 75%of pumping wells have used frequency control devices in Daqing oilfield.At present,there are still some differences in the testing methods of the balance degree of pumping wells by frequency control.Especially,the output and input of frequency converter are used to measure the maximum current of up and down stroke in the production unit and the energy conservation monitoring respectively,and the calculation of oil well balance degree has great numerical difference,which affects the judgment of oil well balance state.The input and output terminals of frequency converter are compared and tested in the standard well of hydraulic simulation by using various instruments.Based on the principle of minimum energy consumption,the pumping wells are tested at 30 Hz frequency for over,leveling and underbalancing conditions.It is concluded that the balance test of pumping well by frequency control should be measured at the input of frequency converter and that the balance state of oil well should be judged intuitively and accurately by using the instrument with the function of power curve measurement,which promotes the energy conservation management of oil wells.
