摘要
华阳一矿8304综采工作面采用了综采放顶煤开采,煤层平均开采厚度达到了6.29 m,开采强度较大。为了应对开采过程中的安全事故,制定了安全事故处置措施。分析了开采过程中遇险处置权和紧急避险权的分配情况,重点分析了回采过程中各种安全事故的处置措施,探讨了避险过程的响应组织流程,可以为放顶煤开采过程中的安全事故处置提供一定的参考。
The 8304 fully mechanized coal mining face in Huayang No.1 Coal Mine adopts fully mechanized top coal caving,with an average mining thickness of 6.29 m and a high mining intensity.In order to cope with safety accidents during the mining process,safety accident disposal measures have been developed.The allocation of distress disposal rights and emergency evacuation rights during the mining process was analyzed,the disposal measures for various safety accidents during the mining process were focused on,and the response organization process for the evacuation process was explored,which can provide a certain reference for the disposal of safety accidents during the top coal caving mining process.
