摘要
中国煤矿目前开始加大力度进行机械化生产,使产量、效益和安全性获得了极大的改善。在煤炭开发中,机电设备起到了重要的作用,但是传统的机电设备仍然存在较大的问题,严重影响煤矿企业的发展前景。所以必须从根本上剖析传统机电设备存在的问题,制定相应的处理对策。在处理煤矿机电设备存在的主要问题时引入了变频技术。主要剖析了传统的机电设备在工作流程中出现的问题,阐述了变频技术在改善机电设备工作状态等方面的实际运用。采用变频技术可以有效提高机电设备的运行效率,减少能源的消耗,使煤矿企业长期稳定运行。
At present,China's coal mines have begun to carry out mechanization production in a large scale,which has greatly improved the output,efficiency and safety.In coal development,electromechanical equipment has played an important role,but there are still big problems in the traditional electromechanical equipment,seriously affecting the development prospects of coal mine enterprises.Therefore,the problems existing in traditional electromechanical equipment must be fundamentally analyzed,and corresponding countermeasures should be formulated.Frequency conversion technology is introduced to deal with the main problems existing in the electromechanical equipment of coal mines.The problems in the work flow of traditional electromechanical equipment were mainly analyzed,and the practical application of frequency conversion technology in improving the working state of electromechanical equipment was expounded.Adopting frequency conversion technology can effectively improve the operation efficiency of electromechanical equipment,reduce energy consumption,and make coal mine enterprises run stably for a long time.
