摘要
目的探讨微波治疗宫颈反复接触性出血的效果。方法选取本院收治的64例宫颈反复接触性出血患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,各32例。对照组采取电刀环切术治疗,试验组采取微波治疗,比较两组的治疗效果及并发症发生情况。结果试验组治疗总有效率为100%,显著高于对照组的84.38%(P<0.05);试验组并发症发生率为3.13%,显著低于对照组的18.75%(P<0.05)。结论微波治疗宫颈反复接触性出血,效果显著,且并发症少,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effect of microwave treatment on recurrent cervical contact bleeding.Methods 64 patients with recurrent cervical contact bleeding admitted to our hospital were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups,with 32 cases in each group.The control group received electric knife circumcision treatment,while the experimental group received microwave treatment.The treatment effects and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 100%,significantly higher than 84.38%in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 3.13%,significantly lower than the control group's 18.75%(P<0.05).Conclusion Microwave therapy for recurrent cervical contact bleeding has a significant effect with few complications and is worth promoting.
