摘要
目的探讨人本位护理在宫颈癌患者围手术期的护理效果。方法选择86例确诊宫颈癌并实施手术治疗的患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组43例。对照组给予常规围手术期护理,观察组给予人本位护理模式。比较两组术后指标恢复、疼痛程度及满意度。结果观察组术后首次肛门排气时间、首次下床活动时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组数字评分法(NRS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论人本位护理模式在宫颈癌患者围手术期护理中的应用效果较好,能够加快患者术后康复,降低术后疼痛感,缩短住院时间,提高患者对医疗及护理的满意度,值得临床推广与应用。
Objective To explore the effect of human-based nursing in perioperative period of patients with cervical cancer.Methods A total of 86 patients diagnosed with cervical cancer who underwent surgical treatment were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine perioperative nursing,and the study group was given human-based nursing.Postoperative index recovery,pain degree and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The first time of anal exhaust and the first time of getting out of bed in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The numeric rating scales(NRS)score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of study group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of human-based nursing model in perioperative nursing of cervical cancer patients is good,which can accelerate postoperative rehabilitation of patients,reduce postoperative pain,shorten hospital stay,and improve patients'satisfaction with medical treatment and nursing.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
