摘要
目的探讨在腹腔镜下全子宫切除术中应用手术室精细化护理干预的效果。方法选取90例行腹腔镜下全子宫切除术治疗的患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组45例。对照组采用常规手术室护理干预,观察组采用手术室精细化护理干预。比较两组患者围手术期指标、干预前后负性心理状态及术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组手术时间、术后首次排气时间、首次排便时间、下床活动时间及住院时间均短于对照组,且术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前,两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率为4.44%,低于对照组的17.78%(P<0.05)。结论手术室精细化护理干预在腹腔镜下全子宫切除术中的应用效果显著,可降低术中风险,改善患者负性心理状态,且降低并发症发生,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of fine nursing intervention in operating room in laparoscopic total hysterectomy.Methods 90 patients undergoing laparoscopic total hysterectomy were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention in operating room,and the observation group was treated with fine nursing intervention in operating room.The perioperative indexes,negative psychological state before and after intervention and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,first postoperative exhaust time,first defecation time,getting out of bed time and hospitalization time in observation group were shorter than those in control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that in control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications was 4.44%in the observation group,which was lower than 17.78%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of fine nursing intervention in operating room in laparoscopic total hysterectomy is remarkable,which can reduce the intraoperative risk,improve the negative psychological state of patients,and reduce the occurrence of complications,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
