摘要
文章以CRH1A-A型动车组侧窗为例,介绍了车窗结构以及技术要求,为便于维修更换,进行了侧窗安装结构优化,提出了双窗框固定式车窗结构。对优化的侧窗结构进行了计算仿真、试验,结果表明,优化后的车窗结构符合设计使用要求。车窗结构优化后,简化了侧窗维护更换流程,缩短了侧窗玻璃维护更换时间。
In this article,structures and technical requirements of the windows have been addressed with the side windows from CRH1A-A EMU as example.For ease of maintenance and replacement,the installation structures have been optimized for the side windows.A double-frame window with fixed structure has been put forth.Results from calculations,simulation and testing of the structures of optimized side windows indicate such windows with optimized structures comply with design and applications.Such optimized window structures simplify the process of maintenance and replacement of side windows,hence shortening the time for maintenance and replacement of side windows.
