聚丙烯酸酯乳液固土固沙材料的制备及性能研究

摘要 以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(Methyl methacrylate,MMA)和丙烯酸丁酯(butyl acrylate,BA)为软硬单体,丙烯酸(Acrylic acid,AA)为功能单体,以十二烷基硫酸钠(Sodium dodecyl sulfate,SDS)和烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚(Alkylphenol ethoxylates,OP-10)为复合乳化剂,制备聚丙烯酸酯乳液,采用傅里叶变换红外分光光度计(Fourier Transform infrared,FTIR)对其结构进行表征;同时采用激光粒度仪及接触角测量仪分别对乳液粒径和固化土/水接触角进行测试。研究不同复合乳化剂及不同软硬单体配比合成的聚丙烯酸酯乳液对无侧限抗压强度的影响;探究不同聚丙烯酸酯乳液掺量对水稳定性的影响。实验结果表明,合成出的聚丙烯酸酯乳液粒径分布均匀,平均粒径在200nm左右;加入土样质量1%的聚丙烯酸酯乳液固化土的接触角增加至98°,有效提高土体疏水性,且其无侧限抗压强度显著提高,从2.5MPa最高增长至3.8MPa,增长了52%。 Methyl methacrylate(MMA)and butyl acrylate(BA)serve as soft and hard monomer,Acrylic acid(AA)as functional monomer,Polyacrylate emulsion was prepared using Sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS)and alkylphenol ethoxylates(OP-10)as compound emulsifiers.Fourier Transform infrared(FTIR)was used to characterize the infrared structure.At the same time,the particle size of emulsion and the contact angle of solidified soil/water were measured by laser particle size meter and contact angle meter respectively.The effects of different composite emulsifiers and different ratios of soft and hard monomers on the unconfined compressive strength of polyacrylate emulsion were studied.The influence of different dosage of polyacrylate emulsion on water stability was studied.The experimental results show that the particle size distribution of the synthesized polyacrylate emulsion is uniform,and the average particle size is about 200 nm.The contact angle of the cured soil increased to 98°by adding 1%polyacrylate emulsion,which effectively improved the soil hydrophobicity,and the unconfined compressive strength increased significantly from 2.5 MPa to 3.8 MPa,an increase of 52%.
