摘要
目的探讨基于移动互联技术沉浸式康复模式在心力衰竭(心衰)康复治疗中的价值。方法选取2019年12月至2020年12月于河北中石油中心医院就诊的慢性心力衰竭患者200例,采用随机数字表法将患者随机分为观察组(n=102)和对照组(n=98),两组院内均给予常规治疗,对照组出院后给予常规康复指导,观察组给予基于移动互联技术沉浸式康复干预,观察两组患者心功能、治疗依从性等差异。结果观察组干预后左室射血分数(LVEF)和每搏输出量(SV)分别为(55.56±4.98)%和(58.82±7.17)ml,明显高于对照组(P<0.05),而左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)和左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)分别为(50.03±8.41)mm和(35.51±3.90)mm,明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组康复治疗依从性优于对照组(P<0.05),其依从性良好率为61.76%。观察组干预后6min步行距离(6MWD)和SF-36量表总分分别为(394.15±36.64)m和(85.57±7.95)分,明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组干预后血清N末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)、超敏心肌肌钙蛋白T(hs-cTnT)分别为(2.02±0.81)mg/L和(0.30±0.09)mg/L,明显低于干预前(P<0.05)。结论基于移动互联技术沉浸式康复在心力衰竭康复治疗中有较好的效果,明显改善患者心功能等指标,提高治疗依从性。
Objective To discuss the value of immersive rehabilitation mode based on mobile Internet technology in rehabilitative treatment of heart failure(HF).Methods The patients with chronic heart failure(CHF,n=200)were chosen from Central Hospital of China National Petroleum Corporation in Hebei Province from Dec.2019 to Dec.2020,and divided into observation group(n=102)and control group(n=98)by using random digital table.All groups were given routine treatment in the hospital.The control group was given routine rehabilitation guides and observation group was given immersive rehabilitation intervention based on mobile Internet technology.The differences in heart function and treatment compliance were observed in 2 groups.Results After the intervention,the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)was(55.56±4.98)%and stroke volume(SV)was(58.82±7.17)mL in observation group,which were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The left ventricular end-diastolic inner diameter(LVEDD)was(50.03±8.41)mm and left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD)was(35.51±3.90)mm in observation group,which were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The treatment compliance was superior in observation group to that in control group(P<0.05)and good compliance rate was 61.76%.The 6-minute walk distance(6MWD)was(394.15±36.64)m and the total score of the MOS 36-item Short Form Health Survey(SF-36)was(85.57±7.95),which were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The level of serum N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)was(2.02±0.81)mg/L and level of high sensitivity cardiac troponin T(hs-cTnT)was(0.30±0.09)mg/L in observation group,which were significantly lower than those before the intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion immersive rehabilitation mode based on mobile Internet technology has higher effect,which can significantly improve indexes of heart function and treatment compliance in CHF patients.
