摘要
伴随着我国城市发展进程加快,局部区域水环境污染情况愈加严重。为有效诊断句容市城区境内主要水环境问题并提出相应的治理对策,基于无人机溯源分析和支流入河口监测,以省考断面达标为前提建立一维稳态数学模型最终估算出句容河水环境容量。根据污染源溯源结果及污染物入河消减量,提出具体应对措施,为句容河水环境质量提升提供技术支撑。研究结果表明,句容河主要污染物来源为生活污染、农业面源污染以及支流污染,为达到三岔断面水质达标时,句容河COD、NH_(3)-N和TP的水环境容量分别为6220.8t/a、268.3t/a、48.0t/a,由此推断出相较于现状NH_(3)-N和TP的入河量需削减22.6%和64.9%。建议从提高污水处理能力、完善雨污分流改造工程、加强上游河道管控、开展农业面源污染治理、建立生态活水补水机制、加强“排口长制”管理力度等六个方面提升句容河水环境质量。
With the acceleration of urban development in China,the water environment pollution in some areas is becoming more and more serious.In order to effectively diagnose the main water environment problems in Jurong City and put forward corresponding treatment countermeasures,based on UAV traceability analysis and tributary estuary monitoring,a one-dimensional steady-state mathematical model was established to estimate the environmental capacity of Jurong river on the premise of meeting the standard,.According to the results of pollution source tracing and the reduction of pollutants into the river,specific countermeasureswere put forward to provide technical support for the improvement of Jurong river environment.The results showed that the main pollutants of Jurong River came from domestic pollution,agricultural non-point source pollution and tributary pollution.In order to meet the water quality standard of Sancha section,the water environmental capacities of COD,NH_(3)-N and TP of Jurong River are 6220.8t/a,268.3t/a and 48.0t/a respectively.Therefore,it was inferred that the inflow of NH 3-N and TP needs to be reduced by 22.6%and 64.9%compared with the current situation.It is suggested to improve the environmental quality of Jurong River from six aspects:improving the sewage treatment capacity,improving the rain sewage diversion reconstruction project,strengthening the control of upstream river channels,carrying out agricultural non-point source pollution control,establishing an ecological living water replenishment mechanism,and strengthening the management of"outlet chief system".
