乐山市小流域茫溪河水质现状及防治对策研究 被引量:1

Study on the Present Water Quality Situation and Countermeasures of the Mangxi River in Leshan City

摘要 为摸清茫溪河水污染现状,提升茫溪河水环境质量,实现精准治污、科学治污、依法治污,落实生态环境智慧监测的分析关联化、测管一体化。以茫溪河为研究对象,采用人工踏勘、实验监测、卫星遥感等多种手段,掌握了茫溪河污染源分布情况,利用单因子评价法评价其水质现状,并结合实际情况,划分了重点管控区段,逐一提出管控建议。研究结果表明:(1)布设的21个水质监测断面均受到高锰酸盐指数、氨氮和总磷不同程度的污染,干流中上游受氨氮、总磷污染较重,中下游受有机物污染较重;6条主要支流殷家河、东林河、敖家河水质为Ⅲ类,黄钵河、磨池河高锰酸盐指数超标,水质为Ⅳ类,月波河氨氮超标,水质为劣Ⅴ类;茫溪河Ⅲ类水质河段占比25.3%,Ⅳ类水质河段占比42.5%,Ⅴ类及劣Ⅴ类水质河段占比32.2%;(2)全流域共设置四个重点管控单元,分别从农业农村源、工业源、生活源几方面提出监测与监管、执法、排污治理工程等智慧管控措施。 In order to find out the current situation of water pollution in Mangxi River,improve the water environment quality of Mangxi River,realize precise pollution control,scientific pollution control,pollution control according to law,and implement the analysis and correlation of intelligent monitoring of ecological environment and the integration of measurement and management.This paper takes the Mangxi River as the research object,uses various means such as manual survey,experimental monitoring,satellite remote sensing,etc.to master the distribution of pollution sources in the Mangxi River,and uses the single-factor evaluation method to evaluate its water quality status.Combined with the actual situation,the key control sections are divided,and control suggestions are put forward one by one.The research results show that:①the 21 water quality monitoring sections are polluted by permanganate index,ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus to varying degrees,the middle and upper reaches of the mainstream are heavily polluted by ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus,and the middle and lower reaches are heavily polluted by organic matter;Among 6 main tributaries,the water quality of the main tributaries Yinjia River,Donglin River and Aojia River is ClassⅢ;the permanganate index of Huangbo River and Mochi River exceeds the standard,and the water quality is ClassⅣ;the ammonia nitrogen of Yuebo River exceeds the standard,and the water quality is inferior to Class Ⅴ;ClassⅢwaterquality reaches 25.3%,classⅣwater quality reaches 42.5%,and water quality classⅤand inferior to class Ⅴ accounted for 32.2%.②There are four key control units set up in the whole river basin,intelligent control measures such as monitoring and supervision,law enforcement,and sewage treatment projects from agricultural and rural sources,industrial sources and living sources are proposed.
