摘要
城轨行业是典型的重资产行业,设施设备资产编码是实现其资产管理信息化及设施设备全生命周期管理的基础。近年来,随着我国城轨逐渐形成网络化运营的格局并向都市圈范围延伸,传统设施设备资产编码方式难以支撑城轨企业高效开展海量资产管理及跨区域运维检修管理。为此,文章在对城轨设施设备属性进行分类的基础上,构建以设施设备属性为核心的编码格式,然后基于通用的城轨设施设备资产管理场景提出面向都市圈轨道交通、覆盖设施设备全生命周期的精细化编码方案,最后阐述该编码方案在实现设施设备精细化维修及都市圈轨道交通运维资源共享2方面的应用优势。
The urban rail industry is a typical asset-heavy industry,and the asset coding of facilities and equipment is the basis for realizing the asset management informatization and life cycle management of facilities and equipment.In recent years,as urban rail gradually forms a network operation pattern and extends to the metropolitan area,the traditional asset coding method of facilities and equipment is proving insufficient to support urban rail enterprises to efficiently carry out mass asset management and cross-regional operation and maintenance management.Therefore,on the basis of classifying the attributes of urban rail facilities and equipment,the encoding format based on the attributes of facilities is constructed.Then,based on the common asset management scenario of urban rail facilities and equipment,a refined coding scheme covering the whole life cycle of metropolitan rail transit is proposed in this paper.Finally,the application advantages of this coding scheme in the realization of fine maintenance of facilities and equipment and the sharing of metropolitan rail transit operation and maintenance resources are described.
