摘要
原发免疫性血小板减少症(ITP)是由体液免疫和细胞免疫共同介导的慢性复发性自身免疫性疾病,属临床常见的难治性出血性疾患。笔者通过理论探讨及临床实践,认为肺脏功能失司是其发病过程中重要病理环节之一,临证运用“清肺热、化瘀滞,健肺脾、调升降”为治则治法,疗效显著,为难治性血液系统疾病的治疗提供了新思路。
Primary immune thrombocytopenia(ITP)is a chronic recurrent autoimmune disease mediated by humoral immunity and cellular immunity,which is a common refractory hemorrhagic disease.Through theoretical exploration and clinical practice,the au⁃thor believes that lung dysfunction is one of the important pathological links in its pathogenesisThe clinical application of"clearing lung heat,resolving blood stasis,invigorating lung and spleen,regulating qi ascending and descending"as the treatment principle and method has significant therapeutic effects,providing new ideas for the treatment of refractory hematological diseases.
