摘要
为研究穗条长度和基质配比对杉木扦插容器苗生长的影响,在福建省沙县官庄国有林场杉木优良无性系采穗圃中采集杉木穗条,设置3种穗条长度,2种基质配比,共6种处理,开展扦插育苗试验。结果表明:杉木扦插容器苗的苗高、高径比在处理间的差异均不显著(P>0.05),地径在处理间的差异达极显著(P<0.01);S6处理(穗条长度为15~20 cm,基质配比为60%的泥炭+10%的珍珠岩+10%的谷壳+20%的杉木皮)的杉木扦插容器苗的苗高、地径、茎叶生物量、总生物量均值均大于总均值,根冠比均值小于总均值,苗木生长最好。S5处理(穗条长度为15~20 cm,基质配比为60%的泥炭+20%的珍珠岩+20%的谷壳)的茎叶生物量、总生物量均大于总均值的,苗木生长较好;6种处理的茎叶生物量、总生物量差异均不显著(P>0.05)。可见,在培育杉木扦插容器苗时,穗条长度选择15~20 cm,基质配比选择60%的泥炭+10%的珍珠岩+10%的谷壳+20%的杉木皮,苗木生长表现最好。
The Chinese fir cuttings collected from the good-variety clonal collection nursery of the Shaxian County Guanzhuang State-owned Forest Farm in Fujian Province were investigated to study the effects of spike length and substrate ratio on the growth of container seedlings.Six runs including three types of spike lengths and two substrate ratios were set to carry out cutting seedling experiments.The results indicate that the differences in height and aspect ratio of container seedlings for Chinese fir cutting among treatments were not significant(P>0.05),the difference in ground diameter among treatments was extremely significant(P<0.01).The mean values of height,ground diameter,stem,and leaf biomass,and total biomass of container seedlings of Chinese fir cuttings treated with S6(the length of spike was 15~20 cm,the matrix ratio was 60%peat+10%perlite+10%hull+20%Chinese fir bark)were higher than the total mean values,and the average root to shoot ratio was lower than the total average,and the seedlings grew best.The stem and leaf biomass and total biomass of S5 treatment(spike length of 15~20 cm,matrix ratio of 60%peat+20%perlite+20%chaff)were higher than the total average,and the seedlings grew well.The differences in stem and leaf biomass and total biomass among the six treatments were not significant(P>0.05).It can be seen that when cultivating container seedlings of Chinese fir cuttings,the length of cuttings should be 15~20 cm,and the substrate ratio should be 60%peat+10%Perlite+10%chaff+20%Chinese fir bark,so the seedling growth performance is best.
