摘要
数字政府建设是创新行政管理理念与方法的重要措施,对于推进转变政府职能,打造法治政府、廉洁政府、服务型政府作用巨大。我国的“十四五”规划指出了加强我国治理效果和推进数字政府建设的任务要求。由于我国信息化数字化的迅猛发展,数字政府的建设便至关重要。近些年,哈尔滨市数字政府建设取得了一定成果,但依然存在着一些问题。通过对哈尔滨市数字政府建设中出现的问题展开研究,提出加快数字政府建设的建议。通过数字政府建设,哈尔滨市政府治理现代化的步伐不断加快,政府服务水平不断提升,切实为哈尔滨市人民群众增进了福祉。
The construction of digital government is an important measure to innovate the concept and method of administrative management.It plays a great role in promoting the transformation of government functions and building a government of rule of law,integrity and service.Our country’s“Fourteenth Five-Year Plan”pointed out the task requirements of strengthening our governance effect and promoting the establishment of digital government.Due to the rapid development of informatization and digitalization in China,the construction of digital government is crucial.In recent years,Harbin Digital Government has made some achievements,but there are still some problems.This paper studies the problems in Harbin’s digital government construction,and puts forward suggestions for its digital government construction.Through the construction of digital government,the pace of modernization of Harbin municipal government governance has been accelerated,and the level of government service has been improved,thus effectively improving the well-being of Harbin people.
