摘要
项目基于建筑信息模型(BIM)技术开展钢结构、吊车梁、外墙龙骨、管线明敷等专业的深化设计,进一步加深施工图纸的深度,便于指导现场施工,保证现场施工质量,加快现场施工进度,提高现场施工安全性,提前发现各专业间交叉冲突问题,减少拆改和返工,同时确保施工感官质量效果良好。
Based on building information modeling(BIM)technology,the project carried out the professional deepening design of steel structure,crane beam,external wall keel,pipeline laying,etc.,speeded up the construction schedule,improved the safety of construction site,found the cross-conflict between different majors in advance,reduced the demolition and rework,and ensured the construction sensory quality.
