摘要
混凝土结构中金属钢筋的腐蚀会导致裂缝向混凝土表面延伸,这些裂缝在混凝土表面破坏之前不会显示任何迹象,但加速了结构的破坏。基于此,开发了一种地下损伤表征方法,将热成像和单侧超声测量两种无损检测(NDT)技术组合,应用红外相机扫描样本确定裂缝的位置,并将超声波传感器放置在指定部位对裂缝深度进行详细评估,从而确定混凝土表面下裂缝情况。此外,还进行了数值模拟以便进行更准确的测试。综上所述,两种无损检测技术的结合,在实际结构的评估中具有很好的应用前景。
Corrosion of metal reinforcement in concrete structures will cause cracks to extend to the concrete surface.These cracks will not show any signs before the concrete surface is damaged,accelerating the failure of the structure.Based on this,this paper developed an underground damage characterization method,combining nondestructive testing(NDT)technology:thermal imaging and unilateral ultrasound measurement,using infrared camera to scan samples to determine the location of cracks,and ultrasonic sensors placed in the designated position to assess the crack depth in detail,so as to determine the cracks under the surface of concrete.In addition,numerical simulations were performed for more accurate testing.In conclusion,the combination of nondestructive testing technology has a good application prospect for the evaluation of actual structures.
