摘要
目的:探究经腹部超声联合经阴道超声对卵巢囊腺瘤的诊断价值。方法:选取医院收治的88例卵巢囊腺瘤患者,均行超声检查,分析患者超声影像表现,以手术病理结果为“金标准”,比较经腹部超声、经阴道超声及两种检查方式联合对卵巢囊腺瘤的诊断效能。结果:手术病理结果显示,88例患者中,良性卵巢囊腺瘤68例(占77.27%),恶性卵巢囊腺瘤20例(占22.73%);经腹部超声检查对卵巢囊腺瘤的诊断特异度为70.59%,灵敏度为60.00%,准确率为68.18%;经阴道超声检查对卵巢囊腺瘤的诊断特异度为77.94%,灵敏度为70.00%,准确率为76.14%;经腹部超声联合经阴道超声对卵巢囊腺瘤的诊断特异度为88.24%,灵敏度为95.00%,准确率为89.77%;二者联合检查的特异度、灵敏度及准确率显著高于经腹部超声检查及经阴道超声检查,其差异有统计学意义(Z=6.424,Z=6.933,Z=12.241;P<0.05)。结论:经腹部超声联合经阴道超声检查对卵巢囊腺瘤诊断具有较高的诊断效能,并能为手术顺利开展提供可靠临床依据。
Objective:To observe the ultrasound characteristics of cystadenoma of ovary,and to investigate the diagnostic value of transabdominal ultrasound combined with transvaginal ultrasound for cystadenoma of ovary.Methods:Eighty-eight patients with cystadenoma of ovary who admitted to hospital were selected,and all of them underwent ultrasound examination.The performances of ultrasound imaging of patients were analyzed,and the results of surgical pathology were used as the gold standard to compare the diagnostic efficiencies of transabdominal ultrasound,transvaginal ultrasound and the combination of them on cystadenoma of ovary.Results:The pathological results of surgery indicated that 68 cases were benign cystadenoma of ovary(77.27%)and 20 cases were malignant cystadenoma of ovary(22.73%)in 88 patients.The specificity,sensitivity and accuracy of transabdominal ultrasound were respectively 70.59%,60.00% and 68.18% in diagnosing the cystadenoma of ovary.The three indicators of transvaginal ultrasound were respectively 77.94%,70.00% and 76.14%.In addition,the three indicators of the combination of the above two methods were respectively 88.24%,95.00% and 89.77%.Compared with the specificities,sensitivities and accuracies of singly transabdominal ultrasound and singly transvaginal ultrasound,the three indicators of the combination of them significantly increased,and the difference of each indicator between them was significant(Z=6.424,Z=6.933,Z=12.241,P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of the transabdominal ultrasound combined with the transvaginal ultrasound has higher diagnostic efficiency for the diagnosis of cystadenoma of ovary,which can provide a reliable clinical basis for the successful operation of the surgery.
