摘要
采用DMA-80直接测汞仪对饲料的汞含量进行测定,同时采用微波消解对饲料进行前处理,之后通过原子荧光光谱法检测饲料的汞含量。对2种不同检测方法的检出限、精密度、加标回收率等数据进行对比。结果表明,2种方法都能满足各种饲料的检测要求。DMA-80直接测汞仪法在满足实验要求的前提下,线性范围更宽,取样量更少,且无需对样品进行繁琐和费时的前处理,测定时间短,测定过程产生的含汞废气经特定的尾气吸附管吸收,并进行无害化处理,对环境污染小,更能节省时间、人力,适应现代分析工作的要求。
In this paper,the mercury content of the same feed sample was measured and analyzed by DMA-80 direct mercury analyzer and atomic fluorescence spectrometry.The detection limit,precision,spiked recovery and other data of the two different methods were compared.The results showed that the two different methods could meet the detection requirements of various feeds.On the premise of meeting the experimental requirements,the DMA-80 direct mercury analyzer method has a wider linear range,requires less sample quantity,and does not require complex pretreatment of the sample.The mercury containing waste gas generated in the determination process is absorbed by a specific tail gas adsorption pipe,and is treated innocuously,which has less environmental pollution.It can save more time,manpower and reagents and is suitable for the requirements of modern analytical work.
