摘要
在中美贸易战叠加新冠疫情的影响下,全球电子元器件供应链面临巨大冲击。文章利用PEST分析法研究深圳龙华企业在元器件方面面临的外部环境,运用SWOT分析法研究龙华企业在元器件方面的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁,并由此探讨龙华区企业应对电子元器件卡脖子问题的策略,为企业制定发展战略和进行数字化转型提供科学支撑。
Under the influence of the China-Us trade war combined with the COVID-19 pandemic situation,the global supply chains of electronic components are facing huge impact.The PEST analysis method is used to study the external environment of enterprises in Longhua district of Shenzhen city which are consuming components.The SWOT analysis method is applied to study the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of the enterprises in Longhua district.Coping strategies on containment of electronic components of enterprises in Longhua district are discussed to provide scientific support for enterprises to formulate development strategies and digital transformation.
