摘要
该文从沥青路面裂缝病害的调查方法出发,对不同裂缝成因进行分析,描述裂缝类型及其特征,结合预防措施和治理方法,制订不同沥青路面裂缝防治方案。沥青路面裂缝可以采用人工检测和智能检测的调查方法,根据调查结果从4种角度出发对裂缝进行分类,主要影响因素有行车荷载、温度变化、设计施工方案、水、材料。裂缝预防措施主要在路基、基层、路面3个过程中进行控制,处治措施主要有贴缝带和灌缝两种方法,还有压浆法、摊铺法、挖浆法、非开挖注浆、沥青再生技术、封层、功能性罩面等养护技术,对高速公路沥青路面预防性养护、修复性养护都具有重大的理论参考和实际指导意义。
This paper starts from the investigation methods of the crack disease of the asphalt pavement,analyzes the causes of different cracks,describes the types and characteristics of cracks,and formulates different prevention and control schemes for asphalt pavement cracks in combination with prevention measures and treatment methods.Asphalt pavement cracks can be classified from four perspectives according to investigation results by using the investigation methods of artificial and intelligent detection,and main influencing factors are the driving load,temperature change,design and construction scheme,water and materials.The prevention measures for cracks are mainly controlled in the three processes of the subgrade,base course and pavement,and treatment measures mainly include two methods:tape jointing and crack pouring,as well as the mud-jack method,paving method,digging method,nonexcavation grouting,asphalt regeneration technology,seal coat,functional overlay and other maintenance technologies,which have great theoretical reference and practical guiding significance for the preventive maintenance and restorative maintenance of the highway asphalt pavement.
