摘要
目的优化白癜风治疗,提高白癜风治愈率。方法将206例白癜风患者随机分为两组进行开放性试验研究,治疗组和对照组各103例。治疗组(即铜离子导入组)和对照组(常规治疗组)均行外涂10%补骨脂酊每日1次、腺苷钴胺片每次500μg每日3次口服、卡介菌多糖核酸隔日1次2mL肌内注射、窄谱中波紫外光照射,治疗组(即铜离子导入组)同时进行铜离子导入,连续治疗3个月观察疗效。结果治疗组(即铜离子导入组)治愈率高于对照组(P<0.05),且色素岛出现早。结论无论在产生色素速度方面还是在治愈率、有效率方面,铜离子导入组疗效明显优于常规治疗组。
Objective To improve the treatment of vitiligo and cure rate.Methods A total of 206 cases of vitiligo were randomly divided into two groups in a open trial study,103 cases in the treatment group and 103 cases in the control group.The patients in the treatment group(copper iontophoresis group)and the control group(routine treatment group)were treated with 10%Bu Gu Zhi Tincture(made of psoralea corylifolia)once a day,oral administration of cobamamide once 500 ug,3 times a day,2 mL intramuscular injection of BCG-PSN every other day and narrow-band UVB(NB-UVB).Besides,the patients in the treatment group were given additional copper iontophoresis for three months to observe the efficacy.Results The cure rate in the treatment group was statistically significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).And pigment islands appeared earlier in the treatment group.Conclusion Higher rate of pigment production,cure rate and total effective rate is found in the treatment group than in the control group.
