摘要
目的探讨前庭康复训练对梅尼埃病患者在内淋巴囊减压术后眩晕程度、平衡功能及焦虑情况的影响。方法本研究为非随机对照试验,选取2019年6月至2020年6月中南大学湘雅二医院接受内淋巴囊减压手术的梅尼埃病患者,实验组与对照组各取41例。对照组接受常规护理,实验组在常规护理的基础上接受前庭康复训练干预。干预前后评估两组患者的眩晕程度、平衡功能及焦虑情况。结果实验组在术后4周、术后12周及术后24周时的眩晕障碍程度较对照组显著减轻(F=16.324,P<0.001),而平衡功能较对照组显著提高,差异均具有统计学意义(F=97.140,P<0.001);实验组与对照组焦虑情况比较,差异无统计学意义(F=2.374,P=0.127)。结论前庭康复训练可改善梅尼埃病术后患者的眩晕程度、平衡功能。
Objective To report effects of vestibular rehabilitation training on vertigo,balance and anxiety symptoms in patients with Meniere’s disease following endolymphatic sac decompression.Methods This non-randomized controlled study included.82 patients with Meniere's disease undergoing endolymphatic sac decompression surgery at the Second Xiangya Hospital of Central South University from June 2019 to June 2020,with,41 in the study group(vestibular rehabilitation training in addition to routine nursing)and 41 in the control group(routine nursing only).The levels of vertigo,balance and anxiety were evaluated before and after the intervention in both groups.Results Compared with the control group,vertigo in the study group was significantly reduced at 4,12 and 24 weeks after operation(F=16.324,P<0.00,1),while balance was significantly improved(F=97.140,P<0.001).There was no significant difference in anxiety between the study and control groups(F=2.374,P=0.127).Conclusion Vestibular rehabilitation training can help reduce vertigo and improve balance in patients with Meniere's disease after surgery.
