摘要
高架火炬是炼化企业最为重要的安全应急设施,主要用于处理企业正常工况和非正常工况下装置无法回收的工艺废气、过量燃料气及吹扫废气。高架火炬所排放的挥发性有机物(VOCs)是石化企业的主要污染物之一。本工作通过对广东省6家重点炼化企业高架火炬系统建设和运行管理情况的调研,分析了各企业对影响火炬燃烧效率和燃烧破坏率的关键参数的监测监控现状和问题,提出了加强广东省高架火炬污染排放管控的具体建议。
Elevated flare is the most important safety emergency facility for petrochemical enterprises,mainly used to treat process waste gas,excess fuel gas and purge waste gas that cannot be recovered by the unit under normal and abnormal operating conditions.Volatile organic compounds(VOCs)emitted by elevated flare are one of the main pollutants in petrochemical enterprises.This work investigates the construction and operation management of elevated flare systems in 6 large petrochemical enterprises in Guangdong province,analyzes the monitoring status and problems of key parameters that affect combustion efficiency and destruction efficiency of elevated flare in each enterprise,and proposes specific suggestions to strengthen the pollution emission control of elevated flares in Guangdong province.
