摘要
目的:分析慢性牙周炎患者治疗时,采取超声治疗仪器械结合手工器械龈下刮治的价值。方法:选择2016年1月~2020年1月于本院就诊的慢性牙周炎患者82例,分为对照组和观察组,对照组行手工器械龈下刮治,观察组行超声治疗仪器械结合手工器械龈下刮治,比较效果。结果:观察组治疗效果高于对照组(χ~2=4.493,P<0.05);观察组GI低于对照组(t=7.926,P<0.05);观察组PD低于对照组(t=11.436,P<0.05);观察组BI低于对照组(t=9.767,P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(χ~2=8.613,P<0.05)。结论:慢性牙周炎患者采取超声治疗仪器械结合手工器械龈下刮治,具有较高临床价值,能够提高治疗效果,降低并发症发生率。
Objective:To analyze the value of ultrasonic therapeutic instrument and manual subgingival scraping in patients with chronic periodontitis.Methods:82 patients with chronic Periodontal disease who visited our hospital from January 2016 to January 2020 were selected,and divided into control group and observation group.Control groups,manual subgingival scraping,observation group,ultrasound therapy instrument.Results:The treatment effect was higher than that in the control group(χ2=4.493,P<0.05);The GI was observed as lower than that in the control group(t=7.926,P<0.05);The PD of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(t=11.436,P<0.05);The BI was observed as lower than that in the control group(t=9.767,P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the observed group was lower than that in the control group(χ2=8.613,P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of ultrasound treatment instruments and manual subgingival curettage for patients with chronic periodontitis has high clinical value,can improve treatment effectiveness,and reduce the incidence of complications.
